Resident Advisory Board

Our Resident Advisory Board is comprised entirely of actual residents of our Somerset Manor townhome community. They are available to assist with:

  • Helping tenants understand how to read their rent statements
  • Improving communication between tenants and the management office
  • Planning and organizing community activities
  • Fund-raising
  • And much more!

All residents are part of the Somerset Manor Residents Association, which is in the process of obtaining its 501(C)4 registration.
