HDGHA IS Accepting Applications During COVID-19 Office Closures
While the Havre de Grace Housing Authority administrative office is closed to walk-ins due to the COVID-19 pandemic, HDGHA is continuing to serve applicants for HDGHA Housing.
To apply to the Low Income Public Housing program go to the HDGHA Apply for Admission page and follow the steps listed there. Clients who do not have access to internet or a printer may visit the box outside of our office to pick up an application.

If you have already submitted an application, you may contact an HDGHA Admissions Office staff person to check the status of your application by calling 410-939-2097. Messages may be left at any time; office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The emergency special enrollment period for uninsured Marylanders runs through Monday, June 15, 2020. Click MarylandHealthConnection.gov or download the free “Enroll MHC” mobile app. When enrolling, select “Coronavirus Emergency Special Enrollment Period.” The online application is available daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. - have these items ready when you apply.
