HDGHA Response to COVID-19

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, HDGHA offices are closed to walk-ins. Services are available by phone, email and this website. Special instructions have been issued to HDGHA residents. HDGHA is continuing to conduct emergency and urgent on-site work as needed and is following all health guidance and directives to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect tenants, staff, partners and our community.

HDGHA IS Accepting Applications During COVID-19 Office Closures
While the Havre de Grace Housing Authority administrative office is closed to walk-ins due to the COVID-19 pandemic, HDGHA is continuing to serve applicants for HDGHA Housing.

To Apply
To apply to the Low Income Public Housing program go to the HDGHA Apply for Admission page and follow the steps listed there. Clients who do not have access to internet or a printer may visit the box outside of our office to pick up an application.

If you have already submitted an application, you may contact an HDGHA Admissions Office staff person to check the status of your application by calling 410-939-2097.  Messages may be left at any time; office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It is critical that all tenants and members of the community stay informed and adhere to the guidance and directive of public health organizations and public officials.
