September 19, 2017, Harford County Living - Carla Ciallella Named Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinator

The Havre de Grace Housing Authority (HDGHA) announces that Carla Ciallella has been hired as the new Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program coordinator at the agency. The FSS program is a free service offered to residents of HDGHA with the goal of helping low-income families reduce their need for subsidized programs and services.

Nicki Biggs is the acting executive director of HDGHA. She says, "Carla's enthusiasm for our mission, combined with her background and work experience, will enable HDGHA to help even more families and individuals achieve economic self-sufficiency. She is a very positive addition to our team and to the community at large."
